Lightweight soft saddlebags and support frames
Andy and his elves have been hard at work making a new frame for the 2021 and newer 1290 KTM and developed a set of frames to support our Avduro Pannier (click for more info) saddlebag (fits all previous saddlebag sets of ours too) systems. My hat is off to Andy and his elves for their fine handiwork. Notably, the new KTM takes a pair of Avduro, providing more room than the asymmetrical option required for older models.
Although the frame set accommodates most ‘throw-over’ bags and all Andy Strapz Pannier systems, the Avduro are the best choice.

Run with or without pillion peg brackets.
Straps can be placed under or over the pillion seat.
Rear cross bracing is redundant on our system as the weight of the bags is borne on the seat. They could be lighter still but riders will crash!
Designed to have the weight of the bags taken on the seat area, they are strong but light. We’ve carefully considered stress and impact areas, applying lessons learnt from 15 years of making our support frames.
Frame weight - under 5 lbs (2kg) - frames and all fittings. Mild steel, powder-coated satin black, stainless bolts.
Fitted in about 15 minutes, frames can be removed when not traveling.
